These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rêve Hair Salon mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
In short: the App lets you book appointments at Rêve. You can cancel free up to one hour before. Repeated no-shows or abuse may lead to your account being blocked. Payment happens in the salon.
1. The service
The App is a booking tool for Rêve Hair Salon. It lets you view barber availability, book appointments, message your barber about a booking, and receive reminders. The App does not process payments; you pay for services in person at the salon.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Booking appointments
- Appointments can be booked up to 14 days in advance, subject to barber availability.
- You may hold up to 2 active appointments per day. This limit helps keep slots fair for everyone.
- Availability shown in the App is live, but a slot is only secured once your booking is confirmed.
- Each appointment is handled by a single barber for all selected services.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up until one hour before its start time. After that window, the appointment can no longer be cancelled or rescheduled in the App, and you are expected to attend. Rescheduling is treated as cancelling and rebooking, so the same one-hour rule applies to the original appointment.
5. No-shows
Please cancel in good time if you cannot attend, so the slot can be offered to someone else. Repeatedly missing appointments without cancelling ("no-shows") may result in your account being restricted or blocked, at the salon's discretion.
6. Acceptable use
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Make fake, abusive, or speculative bookings.
- Use the messaging feature to send unlawful, harassing, or inappropriate content.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App.
7. Messaging
Messaging is limited to communication with your barber about a specific appointment. A message thread becomes read-only once the appointment is completed, cancelled, or marked as a no-show. The App does not provide general or group messaging.
8. Blocking and suspension
We may restrict, suspend, or block accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the booking system, repeatedly fail to attend, or behave inappropriately toward staff. A blocked account cannot make new bookings.
9. Pricing and payment
Service prices shown in the App are indicative and may change. The final price is confirmed at the salon, where payment is made in person. We are not responsible for typographical errors in displayed prices.
10. Availability of the service
We work to keep the App available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Salon working hours, barbers, and services may change.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rêve Hair Salon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App, including missed appointments caused by device, network, or notification failures. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Prishtina, Kosovo.
